Executive Chef Craig Myrand

Executive Chef Craig Myrand is an American Culinary Federation Certified Chef de Cuisine.  Chef Craig earned his culinary arts degree from Schoolcraft Community College.  In 1998 Chef Craig began his culinary career training under Chefs Steve Allen, Charles “Rocky” Rachwitz, and Dan Meier of Steve and Rocky’s and Rocky’s of Northville.  Chef Craig enjoys participating in culinary competitions and has won three silver medals.   

Chef Craig finds inspiration in the works of Nancy Oakes (Boulavards in San Francisco) and Thomas Keller (French Laundry in Napa Valley).  When creating menus he focuses on seasonal ingredients and classic cooking techniques.  Chef Craig always has time to greet the guests during their dining experience and is happy to accommodate all special requests.
